I believe Gill is the only character to have a different theme in every iteration of Street Fighter III. I mostly based this remix on Judgement Day and Psych Out, since I think those sound the most like a menacing final boss theme. But I did also use the riff from Nile.

I think this mix may have ended up sounding a little more like Mega Man X than Street Fighter, but I still think this my best Super Turbo remix yet.
