The previous part of this What-If dealt with Hinata being the Jinchuriki of Kurama instead of Naruto. This ended up due to Obito chickening out after the birth of Naruto, refusing to kill his mentor and the woman he looked up to the most. When Black Zetsu took it upon himself to capture the Nine-Tails, he was defeated and destroyed by Hiashi Hyuga. In a moment of truth, Hizashi, the father of Neji, sacrificed his life to seal the beast into the infant Hinata. From here, life grew harder for the heiress. And while Naruto was living alone, his life was fairly normal. Because of her having a Tailed Beast though, she was put on Team 7 along with Neji, replacing Sakura and Sasuke. I assume Sasuke ends up on Team Guy, with Sakura ending up on Team Kurenai. To be honest, that concept alone is enough to write a whole What-if on. What if Rock Lee where the main character?
