To be honest, if Minato and Kushina had survived, pretty much nothing in the series would be the same. Naruto’s home dynamic would be different, the village’s dynamics would be different, and to be honest, Orochimaru would never have been a threat to begin with. Minato probably would stomp half of the cast of the series with mid to low difficulty, at least up into the Fourth Shinobi World War era. I mean, unless we’re going to say that Sage Mode Naruto is stronger than Sage Mode Minato… which… actually, is that true? I don’t think it’s true. I’m a Dragon Ball scaler, not Naruto. But yeah, a lot of things would have changed. Minato is no push-over either, so where Hiruzen failed, Minato would not. That’s particularly why there’s currently a Fourth Shinobi World War. I don’t see Minato handing over Hizashi, so yeah, either there would be a war, or just intimidation from Konoha that puts Kumo back in it’s place. Possibly the latter, but considering that I’ve already done that before, I thought, let’s throw in a war. And now Kakashi has no legs!
