Minato Namikaze’s your favorite, isn’t he? Of course he is. He wouldn’t have won the NARUTOP99 if he wasn’t. And while he’s not my own personal favorite character (That trophy goes to Madara, no diff), I can certainly understand the appeal. He’s the first glimpse at what a fully realized Naruto is. He is the goal we set for the protagonist, and it’s a goal that, while Naruto is very close to it, still somehow seems a little off. That’s not to say that current Naruto isn’t stronger. Current Naruto, even without his Tailed Beast, surpasses everything Minato was in the past. But Minato possessed more wisdom. But there’s no need for me to prattle on. The question is what if Naruto had been trained by Minato the whole time? Well, let’s see.
