So far, this story has shown us a world where Naruto was not always alone. A world where his pain was made bearable by to twin brother he had been blessed with. But did this make their life any easier? Well, not exactly. The people still hated them, the world still wished they would just disappear. And without Itachi’s need to defend Sasuke by killing his own clan, due to Sasuke’s role being fulfilled by Menma, this means that there is an uprising from the Uchiha in which Naruto and Menma are specifically targetted. It was via brotherly love that they got out of that one. If you’re not aware by the name, this What-If is the third part in a series, and if you haven’t seen the last two episodes, it’s highly advisable that you check them out, because this story won’t make as much sense without it. So far, we’ve seen Naruto and Menma join with Sakura under the tutelage of their mentor, Kakashi. Kakashi being the Shinobi who had watched over Naruto and Menma for all their lives, their own personal bodyguard that they never knew was there until they needed him. Getting their time out of the village, they come to realize just how cruel the shinobi world is. They return with heavy hearts, though these hearts are full of hope. But as they return to the village, they discover that the village now possesses some unusual visitors from other nations. What does this new event mean? How will it affect our heroes’ lives? Let’s see. But first…
