In this video I play Tactical Combat Department, a game designed to merge the turn based tactic of Xcom with a similar setting to Swat 4. Watch as we shout "Put your hands up!" repetitively at civilians and bad guys alike. This game is great in concept and is a lot of fun if you like these types of games. Not bad for an indie Xcom/Swat hybrid, not bad.
