3GST will be expected to be reality in INDIA this july, so i tried to explain some basic concepts of GST, you all must know, this video contains basic concepts of GST in Hindi :)
As we all know that earlier that the long awaited GST will be rolled out in India from 1st April 2017 onwards. But due to the complexities involved in the implementation of GST, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on 16th January 2017 announced a new deadline for rollout of Goods & Service Tax in India. New deadline date for GST Rollout has been set for 1st July 2017.

Principle of ‘consumption-based taxation’
Components of GST
Central GST (CGST) – Levy on supply of ALL goods and/ or services within a particular State, by the Central Government
State GST (SGST) – Levy on supply of ALL goods and/ or services within a particular State, by the respective State Government
Integrated GST (IGST) – Levy on ALL inter-State supplies of goods and/ or services, by the Central Government
क्या है जीएसटी ?
गुड्स एंड सर्विस टैक्स (जीएसटी) एक अप्रत्यक्ष कर यानी इंडायरेक्ट टैक्स है। जीएसटी के तहत वस्तुओं और सेवाओं पर एक समान टैक्स लगाया जाता है। जहां जीएसटी लागू नहीं है, वहां वस्तुओं और सेवाओं पर अलग-अलग टैक्स लगाए जाते हैं। सरकार अगर इस बिल को 2016 से लागू कर देती तो हर सामान और हर सेवा पर सिर्फ एक टैक्स लगेगा यानी वैट, एक्साइज और सर्विस टैक्स जैसे करों की जगह सिर्फ एक ही टैक्स लगेगा।
क्या होंगे इसके फायदे?
-संविधान के मुताबिक केंद्र और राज्य सरकारें अपने हिसाब से वस्तुओं और सेवाओं पर टैक्स लगा सकती हैं।
-अगर कोई कंपनी या कारखाना एक राज्य में अपने उत्पाद बनाकर दूसरे राज्य में बेचता है तो उसे कई तरह के टैक्स दोनों राज्यों को चुकाने होते हैं जिससे उत्पाद की कीमत बढ़ जाती है। जीएसटी लागू होने से उत्पादों की कीमत कम होगी।
-नेशनल काउंसिल ऑफ एप्लाइड रिसर्च की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक जीएसटी लागू होने से देश की जीडीपी में एक से पौने दो फीसदी तक की बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है।
