I stumbled upon an upcoming open world action role playing game with a fully integrated level editor called Isles of Adalar. The game is being developed by a small independent studio made up of three developers and have put together a pretty interesting game so far. The game is going to release into an early access in August of this year with plans to keep their development going into a full game. It has elder scrolls influences with their role playing elements and their support for a creative mod community. You will be able to create your campaigns for the game using the same level editor they use to create the game as well they are developing unique assets and resources for modders to use in their campaigns.
