EDIT: Two things I didn't say that I need to. One is something I forgot. One is something I came up with last night.

1. During a flare, salt helps. Fries, plain Lays chips, ramen, anything with a ton of salt. But like anything unhealthy, use in moderation. Also, YMMV. It's possible this might only work for me.

2. There are three levels of a fibro flare along with the standard 1-10 pain scale.

Tier 1: Joint pain
Tier 2: Muscle and joint pain (this is the tier at which I made this video.)
Tier 3: Skin hypersensitivity, muscle and joint pain

Someone was asking for specifics on reddit and I just... came up with that on the fly.
