2just a thought i had, wanted to see how it would look like in third person
the Apogee Sandevistan slows time by 85%
meaning time is at 15% for V
100/15 = 6.666...
V is faster than everyone by 6.666... while using the sandy
V swings the katana roughly 6 times a second using the Byakko katana
(at max level + melee implants)
6x6.666 = around 40 attacks a second
