What next for Force India? How do they go forwards after this incident and what actions do they take?

Personally I think they have three realistic option at this present time, these options are:

1. Fire the drivers and sign two new drivers such as Charles Leclerc, Antonio Giovinazzi, George Russell, Pierre Gasly etc.

2. Sit down Perez and Ocon and have a serious chat that is doesn't happen again.

3. They do what they did at Baku... nothing.
