Sorry for the poor sound and video quality. I only own a Nintendo Switch Lite. I have no other ways of recording a video other than using my phone. I have 8 boxes of level 100 competitive pokemons. I just used whatever galar native pokemons I have to complete the challenge. Only DLC pokemon used in this challenge were Dynamax Urshifu single strike style (Fighting/Dark) and Dynamax Urshifu rapid strike style (Fighting/Water).
I would highly recommend attempting the restricted sparring challenge. It was very fun and challenging. But the reward was a bit dissapointing :(
Please note that some pokemon abilities are usless in single battle. My pokemons are designed for double battles. Weakness policy is a bad item for this challenge because it is a consumable item which means when your pokemon holding a weakness policy is triggered, weakness policy is gone (not permanetly but temporarily for this challenge) unless your pokemons are healed. You can only heal you pokemons twice for this challenge. So use the healing opportunities and pp moves wisely. Focus sash is not a really good item for this challenge since most of the time I will dynamax anyway.
