Xbox's presence at E3 2021 has been confirmed. This year's electronic entertainment expo is going to be an all-digital event, free of charge for any gamers who wish to tune in. Xbox is just one of the many major gaming companies confirmed for the event, with Nintendo, Konami, Ubisoft, and more also presenting at the show. Xbox has had a great start to the new console generation with its new consoles being received well, and the Xbox Game Pass library continues to expand. A lot of eyes are on Xbox this coming June, and the company could have some announcements lined up for fans.

Several major companies are confirmed for E3 2021, which is expected to be a big weekend filled with gaming news and reveals. E3 this year is going to be an all-digital event due to the ongoing pandemic. Several key gaming industry players haven't been confirmed for the event: The likes of Sony, Square Enix, and EA haven't committed to the event, likely in favor of hosting independent presentations. Xbox has a large share of the spotlight going into the event, and fans could be in store for some exciting news.

Bethesda is known to take its time with game development, but the timing could be right for the studio to show off one of its new projects. With The Elder Scrolls 6 likely years away from release, Bethesda could show off Starfield gameplay for the first time. At E3 2018, the company officially announced the game, and save for a few unverified leaks, there hasn't been much official news since. An unverified leak has claimed that Starfield could launch this year. While this should be taken with a grain of salt, it could be indicative that Starfield has come a long way and E3 could be the right time for it to be formally shown.
