I am happy to answer some questions in the comments, but there were a few more points I didn't mention in the video that I wanted to address quickly:

Regarding Mils plates: As much as this is a fantastic system, when you are just starting out I don't think it is essential. I only started experimenting when I had a particular need. Also when you are totally new to building a city it may just add a lot of case and daunting decisions, so maybe leave it until you have a particular need.

Basically, everyone walks their own journey and there is not right or wrong way to go about it. Just start by lining up some buildings and making a little path, the rest will come from there.
