8The new version of Dark Souls II, Scholar of the First Sin promises new enemy placement and design in areas of the game, making for a different experience, whether it be better or worse. So what kind of changes did we see in the Forest of Fallen Giants?
My overall impressions of the changes were good, for the most part they made sense and provided new challenges for the player to get stuck into, but some moments might have been too hard for the first level of the game.
I played this on PC at max settings 1080p, recorded with NVIDIA Shadowplay, and the last gen version shown was played on PS3, recorded with an Elgato Game Capture.
