Whats wrong with the game? State of PoE 2 - Key Issues
Hello, this is my final video on PoE 2 until the next big patch, which will decide wherever I will play the game again/more, or drop it entirely. Make sure you read further as well, as I will be giving more details. This video has been recorded without a script and is quite dense on information, it cumulates 500+ hours of game experience on top level and my view point.
One important thing to add that problems do not magically solve themselves with patches, developers/people making decisions need to understand what those problems are and how they came to be, without vocal community talking about these issues, game can actually get worse... with patches. So, do not accept issues in "early access" as granted and believe that all will be magically solve with further patches. The current problems somehow made it into the game, and a lot of problems I talk about are not some "minor bugs" but are flawed and poorly made game design choices, that require major adjustment and UNDERSTANDING.
This video goes into five major problems the game has. Crafting. RMT. Balance. Leveling. Bugs/Optimization.

Extra - Things missed in the video.
a. Death screen that would show what you have died from, which skill, and what type of damage (helpful for beginners and in early game).
b. Wands and Staffs, and magic equipment need a rework to how quality works (gives nothing of value to us), and they need damn jewel sockets added like with all other classes. Missing 2 sockets on a weapon for a sorc is a big issue/nerf. "To crit bonus on Bows is multiplicative, but same crit bonus on wands is additive" a 4x difference in stat power.
c. Inventory size/sorting function, map and fragment stash tabs - this is all kind of obvious and I did not mention it much.
