There is only ONE way to do cardio apparently. Problem is, everyone has a different take. That's because there is about 65,890 ways to do cardio with the only answer being what cardio YOU want to do. That's it. Probably don't do it before weights as it'll stop you having the best workout possible, but other than that, do what you like. Seriously!
