Another debut on the channel - this time for Groktilian - and their puzzle Phials - which incorporates a fascinating "oil floats on water" idea. This is a brilliant and original sudoku, which seems to combine many puzzles in one!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits on thermometers must increase from the bulb end. Along each marked diagonal digits may not repeat. Digits in cages sum to the small number in the top left corner of the cage, if given. Each cage is either full of "oil" (even digits), full of "water" (odd digits), or a mix of both. In all cases, each "row" within a cage is of just one type (oil or water). Oil floats on water, so even digits will always be in rows above odd digits in mixed cages.
