When should you get into Compression Gear? [Obese to Beast] [Brian's Vlog]
109Join Brian as he goes from Obese to Beast. Beast Mode has been turned up to 100%. Ginger Prime just got into compression gear as he continues to work on losing weight. Inspired by ObeseToBest on YouTube, talking about how he should have gotten into compression gear sooner, with my weight loss journey, here is my compression gear review, as well as results on the impact of my workouts having lost weight, and having weight to still lose. This is my weight loss journey, this is my obese to beast moment, and this compression gear from Underarmour has had a huge positive impact on my workouts.
For fat guys, should you get into compression shirts? I say yes, and the compression shirt I am using is the Underarmour compression shirt. I'm in a large so I get more support, but would recomend you go try some on to find the right fit.
