Hello, welcome to my channel! In this video, I’m playing Assassin’s Creed Odyssey on the old i7 4790......
The i7-4790 is a quad-core, hyper-threaded CPU that was released in 2014. It has a base clock speed of 3.6 GHz and a turbo boost up to 4.0 GHz. It also has 8 MB of cache and a TDP of 84 W12. This processor is part of the 4th generation of Intel Core i7 processors, also known as Haswell.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is an open-world action RPG that takes place in ancient Greece during the Peloponnesian War. You can choose to play as either Alexios or Kassandra, two Spartan mercenaries who are descendants of the legendary king Leonidas. You can explore a huge and beautiful world, interact with historical characters, engage in naval and land battles, and shape your own destiny through your choices34.
To test the performance of the i7-4790 in this game, I’m going to use the following settings:
Resolution: 1920x1080
Graphics Quality: Max Settings
V-sync: Off
FPS Limit: Off
I’m also going to use a RTX 3060 12 GB as my graphics card, 32 GB of DDR3 1600mhz RAM, and a SSD for storage.
