Yeah! That moment in Dragon Ball Z is both hilarious and ironic. After Goku and Ginyu fight on Planet Namek, Ginyu realizes he can't keep up, so he uses his Body Change technique to switch bodies with Goku. But since he can't fully control Goku's power, things don’t go as planned.

Later, when Ginyu tries to steal Vegeta’s body, Goku tosses a Namekian frog into the path of the technique, causing Ginyu to swap bodies with the frog instead. It’s a funny and humiliating fate for the once-powerful Ginyu, and he spends the rest of Dragon Ball Z as a frog!
