Now then, about those areas that fall flat in Anniversary graphics. The Flood introduction missions. These missions just.. are really disappointing because the remove something 2001 Combat Evolved did really well. Horror.

Sure, its a 16 rated game, but that didn't stop Bungie back in 2001 from making the best introduction to the Flood. Ranging from the atmosphere, lighting and music, all without the use of excessive use of gore with the likes of Doom (no offense).
Anniversary does well with upping the Flood's fidelity and the soundtrack, but the missions 343 Guilty Spark and Library just do not hold up as well.

Guilty Spark went from misty, dark, damp with a high suspense level because right out the gate - nothing seemed right. Anniversary it switches to bright, not so foggy with traces of the Flood are difficult to spot.

Library goes from very dark, with zero help from the game telling where to go and Flood Combat forms blending into the dark sharp metal walls to just as bright as Guilty Spark with blue glowing arrows telling you where to go.

The rest of the missions involving them are either better or seem, meh to the point they're not really worth a talking point.

Now my gripes with Anniversary only go so far, my gripes don't change the fact that the game is still enjoyable, it just kills my want to play in an updated graphic setting.
