Where the Hogwarts Legacy Boycott went wrong.
10Is Hogwarts Legacy Transphobic? Are you transphobic for playing it? How do you cancel someone? Why is JK Rowling such a horrible person? Why is it so hard to cancel someone? Why is Chris Brown not super cancelled, when we all like Rihanna more? Who the heck is Roman Polanski?
All of these questions and more will not be answered, but I will explain why I think that the way that the boycott of Hogwarts was really smart, and future cancellation efforts need to imitate it, but maybe not take it to the extreme. I understand that tensions are high precisely because this means a lot to them, but I think that it didn't quite hit the mark.
