Most of these challenge cubes are easy to find, but this one is fairly hidden in the Sewers. These are unlocked in the final chapter right before the ending so if you're not at that point, the cube won't be there.

If you are having trouble with any of the battles, specifically the second battle for the achievement/trophy, just equip the damage reduction vs type (speed 50 reduction, technique 50 reduction, etc.). They didn't really try on the numbers at all in this game and just putting one of those on my level 60 characters was enough to take the damage down to a whopping 1.
