this is proof that the neighbors upstairs from me are doing everything in there power to anoy me and get under my skin. and try to get me to snap and get kicked out sooner this is the point there getting to. both of these kids have been warned before not to do this and to leave me alone but continue to do stuff like this on a regular bases and is the soul purpose on why im moving away from wisconsin in the first place i have complained to the proper people and nothing can be done and thats why i am collecting video evidence and posting it here for archival purposes. but only because im the bad guy here cause im the one who is complaining about what there doing when all i wanna do is live my life pay my bills and be happy.
