Essentially a clone of Capcom's Commando, Who Dares Wins II is a very accomplished title for the time. Later C64 titles certainly beat the game in the visuals department, but for 1985, this is a really good effort.

Not only is the gameplay spot-on, it has more levels than the official C64 release of Commando.

I may be misremembering, but I think this game is less of an actual sequel, more an attempt to avoid legal troubles with the similarities between this and Commando?

In any case, Steve Evans did a great job with this - great effort.
