If you've seen star wars you know who Jar Jar Binks is. But the version that was just added to Fortnite never actually appears in the movies. Because he's based on an internet meme that started from a crazy fan theory on reddit. Let me explain.
In the movies Jar Jar Binks is a good guy. He's the clumsy clown-like comedic relief character in episode 1 Who helps the jedi.
But he makes a big mistake. In episode 3 He gives evil Palpatine emergency powers allowing him to take over the galaxy and ultimately create Darth Vader.
In 2015 reddit user Lumpawarro proposed the theory that Jar Jar Binks is SECRETLY a SITH LORD trained in the dark force by Palpatine. Which explains why he "accidently" supported Palpatine's rise to power.
If you know jar jars personality, the theory is so extremely ridiculous, but the star wars Fandom took it and ran with it, creating tons of memes.
