Who Needs a Hero is a choose your own adventure style casual adventure RPG game on Steam that puts you in the shoes of the protagonist that has the opportunity to step-up and be a hero. You are given simple "yes" and "no" choices that will determine your popularity, followers and gold as you travel the land on a grand adventure.
We took our last look at this game over a year ago, and there have been a lot of new changes. In Part One of this playthrough, we make our way through the first half of the game. There have been some notable changes to the first half of the game including the inventory system and pets. Merchants also make an appearance and allow you to purchase items with gold or followers.
