We found out who tried to kill Arthur Morgan and leave him for dead in the abandoned mine in Roanoke Ridge?
The abandoned mine north of Elysian pool was run by the Roanoke Fuel Company. It led to the lead and arsenic pollution of Elysian Pool.
This scene is a part of mission, "The Wisdom of the Elders".
We take a peek at the mysterious figure that was creeping on Arthur after he took a sample of polluted runoff inside the abandoned mine.
You can slightly see the offscreen figure right before he runs off after Arthur confronts him.
