In this part of my Portal 2 playthrough, I manage to eliminate the deadly neurotoxin, and defeat GLaDOS again. Unfortunately, this meant putting an idiot in charge, and that idiot turns on me. You know, I should have learned something about this from history. That or I blame the game makers for forcing me to put Wheatley in charge.
