The game was removed from the App and Play Stores on May 18, 2025, and all new seasonal content and updates ending immediately. While the game is no longer available for download and in-app purchases have stopped, players who already had the game installed could still play online with cross-progression enabled until the final service shutdown. The shutdown occurred because the game failed to meet Activision's expectations for mobile-first players
