Although it may seem strange, this phenomenon is quite common in astrophotography; it all relates to "exposure times."
A prolonged exposure is needed to capture the lunar surface or Earth in sufficient detail, meaning the camera's shutter is open for several seconds or minutes. However, because the moon and Earth are bathed in sunlight, such a long exposure causes the much weaker starlight to be lost in the exposure.
On the contrary, if we wanted to capture the light of the stars, the exposure time would have to be much longer, with which the stars would be seen, but consequently, the Earth and the Moon would look like suns due to the overexposure to the light.
