A tank isn't a helicopter, no - but they are too weak in my opinion, and us helicopter guys can find solidarity with our tanksexual ground brethren in that we both need our vehicles buffed.
In my eyes, too much has changed for the Rhino to remain in this nerfed state. The homing launcher, proximity mines, Savages, Valkyries, Hydras, the tank blip on the map, being able to spawn Buzzards as a CEO/VIP - and so on and on.
