A brief insight in to one of my biggest challenges.

For any one interested or prefers this content through text, here is my script:

Why I experience great difficulty with concentration?

Because of my executive functioning challenges and the nature of my hyper active brain.
My executive functioning challenges is probably correlated with or caused by my hyper active brain.
And my hyper active brain is probably caused by a brain structure that has very easily triggered
brain cells, meaning when I think about one thing, I often receive a collection of related thoughts,
emotions, or experiences, almost instantly, meaning my brain is often over loaded with too much information,
which is being triggered endlessly.

This concentration or executive functioning challenge does impact many parts of my daily life,
including my ability to process and engage with conversations.
I believe this is why I often have the experience, where I have enormous
information to say, share, or explain in a conversation,
including through text,
and what I end up saying seems to be never enough, especially if I detect any misunderstandings from other people.
I also often have the experience that no conversation truly ends.
It seems like I have so much to say, with many conversation tabs open in my brain,
and most people either feel overwhelmed by me or lose interest in continuing conversations with me.
Even when a conversation does seem to end, this activates a part of my brain that can suddenly see more
related information that we can build on, talk about, or ask further questions.

To be clear, I am not a scientific expert on my brain type, but I am doing my best
to make educated guesses or extrapolate, based on my current experiences and understanding
of my brain and people's brains in general.

Thanks for watching.
