This video is to explain to my friends on the server why I'm gone. The asshole I refer to in this video isn't subscribed to my channel so I am not worried about offending him.

Things wrong with the Network Server other than this guy:
1. Lack of age restrictions: 10 year olds and 30 year olds shouldn't be on a minecraft server for the average 12-20 year old
2. Lack of rules: there are only 10 rules
3. Lack of application to join: the application is a simple google docs and is much too easy to get though (no skype call application)
4. Lack of planning: basically no planning or knowledge of how to run a server
5. No limit on number of players 20 is enough if not too many for a new server
6. Allowing non youtubers onto a "youtuber server" "like the hermitcraft server" as it was advertised

Corrections:
In the video I say he claims he didn't have an arrow. What I should has said is he claims he couldn't have had a bow because he had only been on the server for 6 hours.

Server Rules Pertinent to Situation:
2. Pranking is allowed. No TNT or fire is allowed, if seen there will be consequences.
8. If you kill someone return their items back to them. Do not kill without permission!
Widely Known Facts of Pranking in MInecraft 1. Don't tell the person you are pranking before you prank them
2. Leave a sign telling it was a prank and who did it after finishing 3. Clean up the prank after the person has seen it (no prank is too large as long as you clean it up and nothing is actually destroyed)

Things Not Said: I'm not leaving because of this one event, I'm leaving because people like this are allowed on a whitelisted server and for the things i said in the description.
