Avowed is here, but does it live up to the RPG classics like Skyrim and Oblivion or rather recent games such as KCD2? After all, these seem to be the games that Avowed is being compared to a lot in reviews.
I gave it a shot, but ultimately, I refunded it on Steam. In this video, I explain why the gameplay didn’t click for me and why Avowed struggles to capture the magic of the greats.
