Dating preference? everyone has a type, everyone has a favorite color, ice cream flavor, and one thing we can never do is take another person's dating preference personal, because if we are to practice monogamy we are to select our soul mate, and I find out early on that black girls are not my soul mate, that my soul mate is a latina, or a white girl. At first I tried dating black girls but here is my experience dating black girls & why I rather be their friend or brother, but dating and marriage is personal & we should always follow our heart. This is why I decided to not date black girls anymore, now I still care about black girls & the black community, but this is simply my taste in women, black women are amazing & they can be great, but they are simply not my type, let me explain I see them more like friends & sisters or coworkers & buddies, but I realize that when it comes to marriage I would prefer to date a latina, or a white girl & this is why. Maybe in my 20's I tried dating black but I guess I'm simply not meant to be with a black girl, even when I tried my best to make it work, but I realized I'm meant for an American Latina or white girl.
