Following certain events, I had to examine just why Anita Sarkeesian's name is enough to spark nasty mud slinging. Is it because we can't seem to get the point across well enough? Is it the inability to separate criticism from vitriol? Are they scared that she might be the last hope to bring certain issues to the forefront? Is there a firewall, and if so, who's the biggest offender at giving her that much protection?
