Why Is my Live Stream "not suitable for most advertisers."

The most frustrating part of being a small streamer on YouTube is seeing this message. Why cant they tell me what exactly it is that is making my Live Stream Not Suitable before it has even begun.
It can not be that hard to be open and share with the creator what in particular is determining your upcoming live stream is Not Suitable.
The worse thing about it is, the recorded video of the Live stream is usually deemed Acceptable after it has finished processing. However as a streamer most of my revenue is earned during the stream as this is when I usually get my views.
So if it is acceptable afterwards why isn't it acceptable during?
YouTube needs to be more Open and start helping Creators get it right before we all jump ship.
