From the moment I learned that this legendary car would be appearing in Unbound, I wanted to know how. Now that I know how, I want to know why.

We know that Razor has got his hands on the car again, but the real question is why was it in lakeshore to begin with? Who allowed it to fall back into his hands? Is this merely an easter egg, or prime sequel bait? I explore a couple of potential explanations.
