Another day, another genius sudoku from gdc. This is spectacularly good, fog-of-war, Rellik cages (!) and only 2/5 for difficulty. However long you spend in this puzzle's company, you will have had a wonderful time!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. The grid is covered in fog. Placing correct digits reveals clues in the surrounding 3x3 area. (No guessing is required.) Any combination of one or more digits within a cage CANNOT sum to the small value given in the cage’s top left corner. Digits may not repeat in a cage. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
