Why Luke Shaw's leg break HELPED him
What if Luke Shaw didn’t break his leg? #Shaw #ManchesterUnited #MUFC
It’s very rare that careers come to a screeching halt only to seemingly return to glory some time afterwards.
Aaron Ramsey, 19 at the time, and Luke Shaw, only 20, suffered horrific leg breaks against Stoke and PSV respectively but managed to bounce back to much acclaim. Aaron Ramsey became Arsenal’s go-to man at Highbury in an otherwise lean spell whilst Luke Shaw rattled in England’s first goal in a major tournament final since 1966.
This week we ask: could they have been even better without their leg breaks? Or did the injuries make them better?
