McLaren has taken drastic action in an attempt to breathe life into its faltering F1 revival by axing technical director James Key and overhauling its technical structure entirely.
Two successive slow starts in F1’s new ground-effect era and a looming switch to much anticipated, brand new development tools have forced McLaren’s hierarchy into a massive reshuffle.
