if you observe carefully then you will find most of site of rocket launch near equator in east side of island or country, but why ?, please pay attention ,well there there are two reasons first at equator gravational pull is low ,which help it to fly with minimum pull and second due to rotation of earth from west to east ,in case rocket failed so most of chance it will fall in ocean bodies ,thank you
