Shirking Heals had a variety of balance issues lately. On one hand, the healing in combination with Ankh was extremely high. But on the other hand, the healing itself also scales wrong and increases significantly with higher gear score. In our initial test, we were using 2 Shirking Heals pieces with 600 GS, so it didn't accurately represent just how broken Shirking Heals really is. Even after the Ankh nerfs, healing is actually higher than our testing before the nerfs indicated. This was always the case in Arena where you gear is scaled up.
Additionally, the dev team answered various other questions.
