Evolutionary scientists claim that the theory of evolution predicts nested hierarchical and homologous patterns. But why? If most of the genomes of living organisms are junk (an evolutionary claim), and mutation rates are high (higher in unconstrained regions), then any real hierarchical signature should have been scrambled. There should be very little similarity if evolution were true! Mutations in what evolutionary scientists call unconstrained sequences should scramble these sequences over deep-time. As a result, we should find less signature in the biological world, and more disorganization.
Since we do find a nested hierarchical pattern in the biological world, biology must be young, since there hasn't been enough time to scramble these hierarchical and homologous signatures. The genomes of living organisms do not mostly comprise junk. The trajectory favors genome-wide functionality. If deep-time evolution were true, the neutral mutation rate would equal the fixation rate (equilibrium). This means many mutations would become fixed every generation further scrambling any hierarchical and homologus signature. All of the evidence points to young genomes and young biology.
The existence of nested hierarchies and homology actually turns out to provide evidence AGAINST common descent.
