Destiny 2's Fallen sometimes can be found with 2 arms and sometimes with 4. This is due to a terrible practice called Docking. Docking is a Fallen practice that the Eliksni started enacted during their Exodus from Riis in the Whirlwind. This often goes hand in hand with demotion and involves a Fallen's lower 2 arms being removed.
