2Why Vue Suck... Again! In 2021!
In 2018, I made a video about their ridiculousness over shoving the lights up way too bright during the end credits, and spoiling the customer experience, but tonight, I tried to get through to their customer services line to change the seat in a forthcoming booking for Tenet at Manchester Printworks.
Their lines are open from 11am to 7pm, and I couldn't get through earlier, but then learned of the app WeQ4U, where you dial a company via that number, and it takes over and queues for you, so you don't waste endless minutes of your allowance while it sits playing you muzak as you watch minute after minute tick by.
Any decent customer service line may well have a closing time, BUT they will stay open until the lines close.
In this case, I started to call them at 6.40pm, and it was around 7.10pm when my I was reconnected to them, but... it says "You call ended with the call centre hanging up on us."
So, yeah, that's a big bloody help, Vue!
