.75 oz. or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
2 oz. or 60 ml. Gin
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Top with Miller High Life
Garnish with lemon peel
Bailey's and Soda:
Build in glass
Crack ice into glass
1 part Baileys
1 part Soda
Stir
Negroni add Bailey's:
Build in glass over ice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Campari
1 oz. or 30 ml. Gin
1 oz. or 30 ml. Bailey's
Stir
Garnish with twist of orange
Malibu and Milk:
Build in mixing glass
2 oz. or 60 ml. Malibu
1 oz. or 30 ml. Milk
Add ice and stir
Strain into glass
M&M&P:
Build in shaker
2 oz. or 60 ml. Malibu
1 oz. or 30 ml. Milk
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Pineapple Rum
Few dashes Angostura Bitters
Few mint leaves
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass of ice cube
Campari and Half & Half:
Build in glass over ice
1 part campari
1 part half & half
Campari Cordial:
Build in shaker
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Bourbon
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Campari
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Half & Half
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Creme De Cacao
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Cherry Liqueur
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
(.5 oz. or 15 ml. Amaro Angostura optional)
