Juice of 1 lime
2.5 oz. or 75 ml. Rose's Lime Juice
Two splashes of Curaçao
1 oz. or 30 ml. Cointreau
1 oz. or 30 ml. Cuervo Silver
4 oz. or 120 ml. Cuervo Gold
Add ice and blend
Pour into glass with salted rim
Classic Margarita:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Cointreau
2 oz. or 60 ml. Tequila
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass with salted rim
Hurricane:

Build in shaker
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Fassionola Syrup
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Lime Juice
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rum (Real McCoy 12 Year)
2 oz. or 60 ml. Jamaican Rum (Appleton Estate)
Add ice and shake
Open pour into Hurricane Glass
Lime in the Coconut:
Build in shaker
4 oz. or 120 ml. Coconut Water
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rum
Add ice and shake
Open pour into glass
Boat Drink:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Maraschino
1 oz. or 30 ml. Demarara Rum
1 oz. or 30 ml. Blended Rum
1 oz. or 30 ml. Plantation Pineapple
5-10 Mint Leaves
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Garnish with mint
Painkiller:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Orange Juice
4 oz. or 120 ml. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Coco Lopez
2 oz. or 60 ml. Pusser's Rum
Add ice and shake
Open pour into glass
Garnish with fresh nutmeg
'Bama Breeze:
Build in shaker
2 lime wedges
.5 oz or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
Muddle
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Grapefruit Vodka
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Coconut Rum
Fill shaker with ice and cranberry juice
Open pour
Garnish with lime
